- +<p>La Belgique possède en réserve environ 190 véhicles blindés M113 AIFV. Cet équipement militaire n'est plus utilisé depuis plusieurs années, et le gouvernement belge a récemment commencé à les revendre à un prix inférieur à leur valeur réelle. Cependant, à présent, ils ont repris de la valeur, mais pas pour nous.</p><p>L'Ukraine a désespérement besoin d'équipement motorisé et mécanisé pour la bataille du Donbass. Les champs ouverts et la nature vaste de la région ne permettront pas d'assurer une victoire décisive comme celle remportée à Kiev. Ils ont besoin de notre aide.</p><p>En temps normal, il ne serait pas sage d'envoyer du matériel militaire de ce type à l'Ukraine, vu le manque de formation et de pièces de rechange nécessaires à la maintenance des véhicules, mais ce n'est plus le cas. Les États-Unis se sont engagés à fournir à l'Ukraine 200 M113, ainsi que de la formation et des pièces de rechanges. La Belgique doit également faire sa part !</p><p>Sur le sol belge, ils amassent la poussière, en Ukraine, ils peuvent défendre la démocratie et sauver nos vies. Veuillez signer cette pétition pour demander/exiger que notre gouvernement envoie ces véhicules inutilisés à l'Est.</p><p><br></p><p><u>English</u> :</p><p>Belgium has roughly 190 M113 AIFV armoured vehicles in reserve. This military equipment has gone unused for years and in recent years the Belgian government has begun to get rid of these by selling them for a fraction of what they're worth. Now, however, they're valuable again, only not for us.</p><p>Ukraine is in desperate need for mechanised and motorised equipment for the battle for Donbass. The wide open fields and vast nature of the area ensures that infantry alone is not enough to ensure a decisive victory like the one they achieved at Kyiv. They need our help.</p><p>Normally it wouldn't be wise to send foreign equipment such as this to Ukraine due to the fact that they don't have the training nor spare parts to maintain the vehicles, but this is no longer the case. The United States has pledged to supply Ukraine with 200 M113s, as well as training and spare parts. Belgium needs to do its part as well!</p><p>On Belgian soil they collect dust, in Ukraine they can defend democracy and save lives. Dit militair materiaal heeft al jaren geen functie en in recente tijden is de Belgische overheid bezig geweest met ze te verkopen aan een fractie van de aankoopprijs. Nu, echter, zijn ze weer waardevol, enkel niet voor ons.</p><p>Oekraïne is wanhopig in nood voor gemotoriseerde en gemechaniseerde voertuigen voor de slag om Donbas. De wijde velden en de uitgestrektheid van het gebied zorgen ervoor dat infanterie niet genoeg is om een beslissende overwinning te behalen zoals die bij Kiev. België moet nu ook zijn plicht doen!</p><p>Op Belgische grond verzamelen ze enkel stof, maar in Oekraïne kunnen ze de democratie beschermen en levens redden.
